Polymer clay fun

I used a funky looking sea shell to achieve the textured look on the little green/gold components. Kinda looks like tree branches doesn't it?  

I did the same with the heart, and threw in some steampunk elements just for fun. Then I realized I forgot to put a hole in it. Wooops! Oh well.

I love the fact that she makes the most of what precious little space she has! Fantastic! Very encouraging to those in small spaces. I am lucky enough to have a studio outside in the garage in the summer months and I use the guest room as a studio in the house in the winter. Lots of people don't have that option. I am GRATEFUL! 

Letting Go

Over the Moon Pendant currently my favorite thing I made all week. But I said to myself, "self you have waaaay too much jewelry. You need to share with others." So after the good talking to I gave myself I put it on my Etsy shop:) 

The kyanite stones are amazing. I love them.

New Pieces!

I had a lot of fun creating this piece. I made the clay face a few months ago, didn't have any idea how I was going to incorporate it into jewelry. Today I messed around with some filigree I had hanging around the studio....and boom! Here it is! Hope you all like it!

Winter

I love how the wind is so cold on my face that I'm pretty sure my face will crack and break apart all over the floor if I smile.

I recently got myself involved in B'sues Boutique creative group on Facebook. It looks like a lot of fun and I wanted to hook you guys up with her website. B'suesboutique.com  hope I got that right, because frankly trying to get anything to work right using this platform is a real pain in the ass.

I'm too lazy to delete this blog and make another using a different platform.

My Messy Happy Place

Well this is the 4th attempt to post this since yesterday. For some unknown reason, when I tried to post from Blogsy it kept on getting deleted! So frustrating. 

Anywhoo..I'm trying it now with the Blogger app on my phone. Let's see what happens! I wish these computer geniuses would get their crap together.

This is my very messy creative space. I'm happy here. Of course I do have a 9-5 job outside my home. Eventually I would like to make jewelry full time and stay in my happy place!:) 

I am working on some amazing pins, and they will be for purchase on Etsy soon!
